Yummy pastries prepared by my friend Manish Gaur, who is a very talented and sought after baker in Bangalore. He founded the Institute of Baking & Cake Art, which runs training courses. He also owns a popular joint called as Caramel. Do drop in sometime and check out his wonderful yummy creations.I have used selective focusing here, focusing only on the foreground object, the white pineapple pastry here. The background objects, the black forest pastry and the valentines brochure look blurrier. Thats Depth-Of-Field.
